ABOUT ME

In 2010 I moved back to China from Singapore.  I soon discover that it is hard to find the clothing that I desired.  They are either mediocre in design or too expensive. From then on, I decided to teach myself pattern making and started to make clothes for myself.  Pretty soon my friends started to notice and show interest in them.  They wanted to buy them based on the premise that they would be the same quality. In order to satisfy their needs, I started looking for factories that can make high quality clothes, as well as make them in small quantities. Larger factories usually do not take small orders and small factories usually lack quality control. 

 

During my search, I have traveled to different cities in China and visited factories one by one. I realized that many designers might be facing the same dilemma.  Finding a factory that possess both capabilities is a draining process simply because they are so rare.  One must overcome various factors during the search, such as the language barrier, transportation, quality control, stress, time, and cost associated. That's when I decided to start Ready To Wear Dot Clothing, a place where I can help those designers just like me.
